How do I determine the size of the case that I need?

Make reference to the interior and exterior dimensions located on the product detail page of the case in question.
Predetermining your usual carry load and taking measurements will also help in ensuring that you purchase the right case for you.

 

How do I know if my laptop will fit in the briefcase?

We've made it easy for you to determine if your laptop will fit a Mezzi case or not with our ingenious Laptop Selector Wizard.

Simply select the model of your laptop and we'll provide you with a selection of Mezzi cases that are perfect for your needs.
This can be done on any laptop category page or on the product details page of any laptop case.

 

How do I set the combination lock on my case?

All combinations locks should come with a red plastic strip going through them.
After you remove the strips you can set your own combination number.

1. With the lock open, push button (1) in the direction of the arrow and hold down until the second step has been performed.
2. Set number wheels(2) to the desired combination. Do not forget the combination you have set!
3. Now release button (1). Press the button again as a check.

 

I forgot my combination code for my briefcase, how do I reset it?

There is no default or preset code to open the case once the combination has been set. This is to ensure the utmost security for your belongings. Make sure the numbers are perfectly lined up on the top of the briefcase. Press down on the case to ensure it is completely closed and try again.

If all fails, a locksmith may be able to help. If you feel the case is defective, please contact our Customer Service.

 

What is the best way to clean my briefcase?

We recommend that you spot clean with our Mezzi Polisher. If Mezzi Polisher is temporarily out of stock or unavailable, spot clean with mild soap and warm water using a cloth or soft bristle brush. Rinse soap off thoroughly and lay or hang dry. Lint brush rollers work great for lint, fuzz and dust.
Do not dry with heat. Do not submerge in water.

 

What is your warranty policy?

Mezzi offers replacements or exchanges on all approved damaged goods. Please refer to our Warranty Policy page within our website or contact one of our customer service representatives for complete details.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

Online, by fax or phone we accept Visa and Mastercard. We also accept PayPal accounts, Money Orders and Bank Transfers. If Money Order or Bank Transfer is your preferred method, please contact a Mezzi customer service representative for additional details.

 

How soon will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 3PM PCT on Fridays will be shipped Monday morning. Orders purchased with a Money Order or Bank Transfer will be held until the funds are cleared. If an estimated time of delivery is needed, please contact a Mezzi customer service representative.

 

How is freight calculated?

Shipping or freight costs are calculated based on your choice of case and your location. A flat rate is predetermined for your area. UPS offers three levels of service; Standard (ground), Expedited (air) and Express (next day air service).
Free shipping is offered to all North American residents on orders of $100 or more (before taxes and shipping costs).

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally! When you place an order on our website and enter your address, you'll see international shipping options which will calculate the shipping costs for you. All international orders will be shipped with either UPS Expedited or Express service.

 

What currency is your site in?

If you live within the United States or Canada, Mezzi.com should open and load your country's currency automatically. If not, please scroll to the very top right hand corner of any page and select the “Currency” tab to select the desired currency. If you are shopping from another country, the website should default to US dollars.

 

Is customer service offered in different languages?

Yes! We have a diverse and qualified staff waiting to assist you in English and in French!

 

How do I acquire a copy of my receipt or invoice?

To receive a copy of your receipt or invoice, simply login to your account and access the “My Orders” button on the left hand side of the screen. If further documentation is required, please contact a Mezzi customer service representative.

 

Do you offer re-sell and wholesale rates?

Mezzi is now accepting applications for wholesalers and re-distributors. If you wish to sell our products and require additional information and rates, please refer to the Wholesale Page located on our website or contact a Mezzi customer service representative.
