Warranty, Returns & Exchanges
Warranty
The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect of the product, or as a result of unauthorized repair.
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser/owner.
Returns
If you wish to return a case due to manufacturer defects, and if deemed appropriate, we will give you clear instructions on returning your product to Mezzi for evaluation and/or exchange. We will require a digital picture for proof of damage and legitimacy. You must return the product, postage paid on your account, together with your proof of purchase and Order number. A refund, minus shipping charges, and/or an exchange is available.
If you wish to return a product for other reasons than stated above, the product must be sent back to Mezzi, postage paid, with your proof of purchase and Order#. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns followed by a complete refund, minus the shipping charges.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. The shipping company is solely responsible for any damage to your product incurred while in its custody.
Exchanges
To proceed with an exchange, you must send the case back to Mezzi, undamaged, on your own postage. If the retail value is the same as your replacement case, there will only be a 10% re-stocking fee as well as shipping charges to your location.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. The shipping company is solely responsible for any damage to your product incurred while in its custody.
