In the rare event that you have issue with one of our products simply contact us at 1-(604)-327-6395 and we will promptly replace or repair your case. This is our pledge.
Return and Warranty specifics:
- While our products are built to last, our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, abrasions, dents, cracking or damage resulting from misuse or abuse.
- If you change your mind and would like to exchange or return your Mezzi product it must be done within 10 days of purchase. Merchandise returns must be shipped, pre-paid, at the customer’s expense. All returned items must be in "as-new" condition, in their original packaging, with all accessories enclosed your product.
- To return a damaged product, the original packing slip must be included and the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be visible on the outside of the shipping package.
- Airline damage is covered, but requires documentation from the airline.
- Discontinued products may be replaced with newer models when necessary.
- Mezzi’s warranty extends to the original owner and is non-transferable.
- Mezzi reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any product covered by this warranty.
- Lifetime Warranty valid as of December 8th, 2012 with the new launch of Mezzi.com
