These terms govern access to Mezzi’s websites, mobile applications, and related services operated by StockTalk, Inc. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

The Services are intended only for individuals who are U.S. persons and retail customers using the Services for their own personal financial purposes. By accessing the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
An advisory relationship forms when you access advisory features, whether through the Free Plan, a paid Subscription, or a trial or promotion that expressly includes advisory chat, insights, or other advisory features.
Advisory Disclosures (Form ADV Part 2A and Form CRS) are provided and incorporated by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Advisory Disclosures, the Advisory Disclosures control.
Mezzi offers non-discretionary guidance including:
Mezzi does not have discretionary authority over your accounts, does not execute trades or transactions for you, and does not custody your assets or funds. You remain solely responsible for all investment decisions.
The Advisor Chat provides guidance that constitutes investment advisory services, subject to fiduciary standards.
Informer content is generated using third-party models or AI systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. This content does not constitute investment advice and you should verify it independently.
The Services rely on third-party financial data, user-provided information, and inferred or modeled data. Advice and insights may be based on incomplete or estimated information.
Mezzi offers a Free Plan at no charge. The Free Plan does not require a paid Subscription and does not automatically convert to a paid plan. Free Plan features may be limited and may change over time. Current plan features are described on Mezzi’s pricing page.
Mezzi offers Advisory for $39 per month or $399 per year and Concierge for $99 per month or $999 per year. Annual Subscriptions are charged in full at the start of each annual billing period; any monthly equivalent shown on the pricing page is for comparison only. Your selected plan, price, and billing period will be disclosed before you subscribe.
Paid Subscriptions automatically renew for successive billing periods of the same length unless you cancel before renewal or Mezzi discloses otherwise. By subscribing, you authorize Mezzi to charge your selected payment method at the start of each billing period.
Mezzi may change Subscription fees with advance notice. A pricing change could take effect at the start of your next renewal period.
The Free Plan is not a free trial. If Mezzi separately offers a trial or promotion, its duration, included features, billing terms, and any automatic conversion to a paid Subscription will be disclosed when you enroll.
You may cancel a paid Subscription at any time through the available account controls or by contacting support@mezzi.com. Cancellation ends access to paid features and the related paid advisory service as of the effective cancellation date. Mezzi will refund any unearned portion of prepaid Subscription fees on a pro-rata basis, as described in the Advisory Disclosures and subject to applicable billing-provider procedures. Canceling a paid Subscription does not delete your Mezzi account; unless you separately request account deletion, your account will remain available on the Free Plan.
You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify Mezzi promptly of any unauthorized use. Mezzi may suspend accounts for abuse or security concerns.
You retain ownership of content you provide but grant Mezzi a limited license to use it for service provision and improvement.
You may not violate laws, upload harmful content, or engage in abusive practices. Mezzi may disable non-compliant content or accounts.
All rights in the Services, including software, interfaces, and content (excluding your User Content), are owned by Mezzi or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Services.
Mezzi does not endorse third-party content or services and is not responsible for their accuracy or availability.
Mezzi may communicate via email, in-app notifications, SMS, or push notifications. These communications include policy updates, billing and subscription alerts, regulatory disclosures, advisory notifications, and operational messages.
Informer content is provided “as-is” without warranty. Mezzi does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Fiduciary obligations apply only to advisory guidance.
Mezzi and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify Mezzi from claims related to service misuse, term violations, or legal violations.
Mezzi may modify or discontinue services at any time without liability.
Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Arbitration occurs in San Francisco, California, conducted by a single arbitrator.
Any claim or action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services must be brought within one (1) year after the claim first arose.
Mezzi may assign these Terms in connection with mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales.
Mezzi may suspend or terminate your access for term violations or other lawful reasons. Accrued rights survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
